Introduction to Qigong

In this 4-week series, you will learn about Qigong self-massage  It is an excellent method to bring quiet to the mind and awaken the body with renewed energy because it helps to open up the acupoints connected to our organ networks. We will also explore Qigong through meditation, mudras (hand positions), mantras (sounds) and breath work. Come to one class or take them all!

*Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement.
